About

I’m a systems thinker who has spent the last 12 years in marketing and communications.

I came to marketing by way of writing. Writing has always been how I make sense of the world and wrestle with all of my ideas. I parlayed writing into a marketing career I never could have imagined. I’ve managed social for one of the most influential voices in biohacking and longevity, produced events featuring some of the biggest names in outdoor sports, and led social for major brands and ecosystems in crypto.

Over time, I became as interested in distribution as I was in writing. My work is cross-channel orchestration across earned, owned, and paid media. I love figuring out how a story should travel—during flagship launch moments and through the work that builds a brand between them. That means determining what the brand should say, who inside the company should carry the story, which clients, partners, creators, and other third parties can validate or extend it, where shows, podcasts, newsletters, and communities can expand its reach, and when paid distribution can amplify the entire effort. Finding that strategy is one part of the work. Engineering the system that brings it to life coherently across these channels might be the part I love even more.

To me, content production has always been an engineering problem. A social post is never just a social post. An exclusive is never just one story. A sponsorship is never just a logo. Each is the visible surface of a much larger web of ideas, source material, relationships, conversations, decisions, handoffs, and opportunities. How that web is structured shapes everything that comes out the other end.

That is why I am so profoundly excited about AI. For the first time, we have tools capable of working across that entire web. AI and agentic workflows are the most powerful leverage points I have encountered in my career—and, I believe, among the most consequential technologies humanity has ever created.

This next chapter is about applying the world’s most powerful technology to what I know best: building brands, telling stories, and engineering how those stories travel across social and new media. I can’t imagine anything I’d rather be doing.

Beyond work

In 2013, I went on a NOLS expedition, where I spent 30 life-changing days immersed in the Alaskan wilderness. This trip was the culmination of the early days of my journey into a life of sobriety, and an astonishingly beautiful preview of the life I would eventually build. That deeply intimate experience of living so deliberately in nature stirred something deep inside me that never ceases to guide me. It's also what inspired me to start rock climbing. By way of climbing and mountain running, I've explored some of the most remarkable places on the planet and pushed far past my perceived physical and mental limits. I also enjoy simply spending time in my kitchen and my garden, and going on long walks with my husband. Above all, I seek to challenge myself and challenge norms, pursue adventure and rigorous thinking, and cultivate mindfulness in ordinary activities.
